Coffee Recipes
Emperial Coffee
Ingredients for 4 doses:
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- 4 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 small glasses of brandy.
Preparation:
Mix egg whites with sugar and brandy, add hot milk and coffee. Serve hot in punch glass.
Orange Coffee
Ingredients for 4 doses:
- 1 teaspoon of minced orange peel
- 4 small cups of brandy
- a little amount of whipped cream
Preparation:
Mix coffee with sugar, minced orange peel and brandy, pour it into cups and garnish it with whipped cream. For decoration you can add a piece of orange peel.
Tropical coffee
Ingredients for 4 doses:
- 250 g of Mango
- sorbet
- 4 tablespoons of coconut powder
- 100 ml. cold coffee
- 100 ml. pineapple juice.
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into 4 shallow glass, which had previously been in the fridge, serve with 2 short straws in each glass.
Aroma coffee
Ingredients for 4 doses:
- 4 cups of coffee
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- small mint leaves
Preparation:
Prepare a very concentrated coffee, add sugar to it, and after it has been cooled out, pour it into decanters with small ice cubes and mint leaves.
Turkish coffee
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 1 teaspoon of finely ground coffee
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 coffee cup cold water
Preparation:
Coffee and sugar are placed in the pot and are mixed. Pour cold water, mix again and heat to boiling. Pipette a few drops of cold water and boil again. Serve in a pot tray, along with a cup of cold water. When pouring into the cup, first pour off cream and then pour the remaining coffee in.
Wiener Coffee - Melange
Ingredients:
- Schwartz coffee
- Hot strained milk
- Whipped sweet cream.
Preparation:
The ratio between coffee and milk depends on your taste. Sugar is presented separately. Optionally, you can add on cream sprinkle of cinnamon, cocoa or coffee powder.
Alexander Espresso
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon of coffee
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 4 teaspoons of Crème de Cacao
- 2 teaspoon of brandy
- 2 tablespoons of cool cream for decoration
- Grated chocolate.
Preparation:
Make espresso with water and coffee. Grind the cinnamon sticks and pour in the coffee. Allow it to cool slightly. Add the brandy and stir gently. Pour the coffee in small cups. Garnish each cup with whipped cream. Decorate with a little chocolate chips. The recipe is for two cups.
Irish Coffee
Original Irish recipe for two
- 200 ml of black coffee (espresso)
- 100 ml of Irish whiskey
- 4 tablespoons of whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation:
The cups are filled with hot water to get warm and then the water is poured out. At the bottom of each glass pour 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar accorting to your taste. Then pour in the whiskey. Stir until sugar dissolves. Then coffee is poured in, without filling the cups to the brim. Add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream.
